Eagle “R” Properties offers “Lease with Option to Purchase” homes. This is a lease combined with an option to purchase the home within a three-year period. We are dedicated to providing clean, affordable homes to families that have been through a credit crisis, but are on the other side and are ready to move into a home they can call their own.

A low FICO score is acceptable. We are looking for families that have had credit issues and are looking to rebuild their credit to purchase a home.

A portion of your monthly payment is going towards your down payment every month. This allows you to build up your down payment while leasing the home.

Many of our homes qualify for 100% financing so the down payment you've paid can go towards the closing costs required to purchase the home.

Your upfront out-of-pocket expenses are much less than most other Lease Option programs.

You know the price of the home up front.

You have three years to purchase the property. This gives you time to repair credit issues.

If the home’s value increases during your lease, that is your appreciation. The price of the home does not increase during your three-year lease.

You are not responsible for the property taxes during the lease. The property taxes are paid by Eagle “R” Properties.

Homes are move-in ready, so if you need a home right away you can schedule to move in quickly. You don’t have to wait 60 days for a closing date.

You can make improvements to the home during your lease. If you would like to improve the home by customizing, adding or redecorating the home, just let us know.

You are under no obligation to purchase the home. You can change your mind for any reason and not purchase the home.
